A Young Man

A young man was getting ready to graduate college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted.
As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car. Finally, on the morning of his graduation his father called him into his private study. His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him. He handed his son a beautiful wrapped gift box. Curious, but somewhat disappointed the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather bound Bible. Angrily, he raised his voice at his father and said, "With all your money you give me a Bible?" and stormed out of the house, leaving the holy book. Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business. He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old, and thought perhaps he should go to him. He had not seen him since that graduation day. Before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to his son.
He needed to come home immediately and take care things. When he arrived at his father's house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart. He began to search his father's important papers and saw the still new Bible, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages. As he read those words, a car key dropped from an envelope taped behind the Bible.
It had a tag with the dealer's name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired. On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words...PAID IN FULL.

How many times do we miss God's blessings because they are not packaged as we expected?

Footprints

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand; one belonged to him, and the other to the Lord.

When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of foot - prints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life.

This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it. "Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me."

The Lord replied, "My precious, precious child, I love you and would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."

Take a look at an apple tree

There might be five hundred apples on the tree, but each apple has just ten seeds. That's a lot of seeds! We might ask, "Why would you need so many seeds to grow just a few more apple trees?"
Nature has something to teach us here. It's telling us: "Not all seeds grow. In life, most seeds never grow. So if you really want to make something happen, you had better try more than once."

This might mean:
You'll attend twenty interviews to get one job. You'll interview forty people to find one good employee. You'll talk to fifty people to sell one house, one car, one vacuum cleaner, one insurance policy, or a business idea. And you might meet a hundred acquaintances just to find one special friend. When we understand the "Law of the Seed", we don't get so disappointed. We stop feeling like victims. We learn how to deal with things that happen to us.

Laws of nature are not things to take personally. We just need to understand them and work with them. Successful people fail more often. But they plant more seeds. When Things Are Beyond your control, here's something that you must NOT DO so as to avoid misery in your life: You must not decide how you think the world SHOULD be. You must not make rules for how everyone SHOULD behave. When the world doesn't obey your rules, you get angry!

That's what miserable people do! On the other hand, let's say you expect that:
Friends SHOULD return favors.
People SHOULD appreciate you.
Planes SHOULD arrive on time.
Everyone SHOULD be honest.
Your best friend SHOULD remember your birthday.
These expectations may sound reasonable. But often, these things won't happen! So you end up frustrated and disappointed. There's a better strategy. Demand less, and instead, have preferences. For things that are beyond your control, tell yourself:
"I would prefer "A", but if "B" happens, it's ok too!"
This is really a change in mindset. It is a shift in attitude, and it gives you more peace of mind. You prefer that people are polite. But when they are rude, it doesn't ruin your day. You prefer sunshine. But if it rains, it is ok too! To become happier, we either need to Change the world, or Change our thinking. It is easier to change our Thinking! It is not the problem that is the issue, but rather it is your attitude attending to the problem that is the problem.

It's not what happens to you that determine your happiness. It's how you think about what happens to you....

BE THANKFUL

Be thankful that you don't already have everything you desire.
If you did, what would there be to look forward to?
Be thankful when you don't know something,
For it gives you the opportunity to learn.
Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow.
Be thankful for your limitations,
Because they give you opportunities for improvement.
Be thankful for each new challenge,
Because it will build your strength and character.
Be thankful for your mistakes.
They will teach you valuable lessons.
Be thankful when you're tired and weary,
Because it means you've made a difference.
It's easy to be thankful for the good things.

A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are also thankful for the setbacks. Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive. Find a way to be thankful for your troubles, and they can become your blessings.

The Dark Candle

A man had a little daughter an only and much beloved child. He lived for her. He was his life. So when she became ill and her illness resisted the efforts of the best obtainable physicians, he became like a man possessed, moving heaven and earth to bring about her restoration to health. His best efforts proved unavailing and the child died. The father was totally irreconcilable. He became a bitter recluse, shutting himself away from his many friends and refusing every activity that might restore his poise and bring him back to his normal self. But one night he had a dream. He was in Heaven, and was witnessing a grand pageant of the entire little child angels. They were marching in an apparently endless line past the Great White Throne. Every white robed angelic tot carried a candle. He noticed that one child's candle was not lighted. Then he saw that the child with the dark candle was his own little girl. Rushing to her, while the pageant faltered, he seized her in his arms, caressed her tenderly, and then asked: "How is it, darling that your candle alone is unlighted?”Father, they often relight it, but your tears always put it out."
Just then he awoke from his dream. The lesson was crystal clear, and its effects were immediate. From that hour on he was not a recluse, but mingled freely and cheerfully with his former friends and associates.

No longer would his little darling's candle be extinguished by his useless tears.

 The Spider’s web

During one of the many Reformation battles, a young soldier found himself and his Army being soundly defeated by the enemy. He and his comrades hastily retreated from the battlefield in defeat, running away in Fear of their very lives. The enemy gave chase. The young man ran hard and fast, full of fear and desperation,
And soon found him cut off from his comrades. The soldier eventually came upon a Rocky ledge containing a cave Knowing the enemy was close behind, and that he was exhausted from the chase, he Chose to hide there. After he crawled in, he fell to his face in the darkness, desperately crying to God to save him and protect him from his enemies. He made a bargain with God. He promised that if God saved him, he would serve Him for the remainder of his Days.
When he looked up from his despairing plea for help, he saw a spider beginning to weave its web at the entrance to the cave. As he watched the delicate threads being slowly drawn across the mouth of the cave, the young soldier pondered its irony. He thought, "I asked God for protection and Deliverance and He sent me a spider instead. How can a spider save me?"
His heart was hardened, knowing the enemy would soon discover his hiding place and Kill him. Soon he did hear the sound of his enemies, who were now scouring the area looking for those in hiding.
One soldier with a gun slowly walked up to the cave's entrance. As the young man Crouched in the darkness, hoping to surprise the enemy in a last minute desperate attempt to save his own life, he felt his heart pounding wildly out of control. As the enemy cautiously moved forward to enter the cave, he came upon the spiders Web, which by now was completely strung across the opening. He backed away and called out to a comrade, "There can't be anyone in here. They would have had to break this spider's web to enter the cave. Let's move on." Years later, this young man, who made good his promise by? Becoming a preacher, wrote about that ordeal. What he observed has stood by me in times of trouble, especially during those times when everything seemed impossible:

"Where God is, a spider's web is as a stone wall, where God is not, a stone wall is as a spider's web."

"Two Nickels and Five Pennies"

A boy entered a coffee shop and sat at a table. A waitress put a glass of water in front of him. "How much is an ice cream sundae?" "Fifty cents," replied the waitress.
The little boy pulled his hand out of his pocket and studied a number of coins in it. "How much is a dish of plain ice cream?" he inquired. Some people were now waiting for a table, and the waitress was impatient.
"Thirty five cents," she said angrily.
The little boy again counted the coins. "I'll have the plain ice cream."
The waitress brought the ice cream and walked away. The boy finished, paid the cashier, and departed. When the waitress came back, she swallowed hard at what she saw. There, placed neatly beside the empty dish, were two nickels and five pennies her tip.

SAME GOD

MOSES and the people were in the desert, but what was he going to do with them. They had to be fed, and fed is what they did, according to the Quartermaster General in the Army. It was reported that Moses would have had 1500 tons of food each day.

Do you know that to bring that much food each day, two freight trains, each a mile long, would be required! Besides you must remember, they were out in the desert, so they would have to have firewood to use in cooking the food. This would take 4000 tons of wood and a few more freight trains, each a mile long just for one day. And just think they were forty years in transit and oh yes, they would have to have water. If only they had enough water to drink and wash a few dishes, it would take 11,000.000 Gallons each day, and a freight train with tank cars, 1800 miles long, just to bring in water!

And then another thing! They had to cross the Red Sea at night. (They did?) Now, if they went on a narrow path, double file, the line would be 800 miles long and would require 35 days and nights getting through. So there had to be space in the Red Sea, 3 miles wide so that they could walk 5,000 abreast to get over in one night. But then, there is another problem. Each time they camped at the end of the day, a campground two thirds the size of Rhode Island was required, or a total of 750 square miles long.

Think of it! These spaces just for nightly camping. Do you think Moses figured all this out before he left Egypt? I think not! You see Moses believed in God. God took care of these things for him.

Let us take courage, we have the same God. We think our problems are so big.
Remember what God can do!

Two Coats

A man said to the crowd...
If you had two cars in your driveway, would you
a) Either sell one and give the money to the poor, or
b) Give the car to the poor?"
The crowd shouted, why yes! Of course we would.
Again the man shouted, "And if you had two houses, would you give one of them to the poor, as you cannot possibly live in two houses at the same time???
Again the response from the crowd was overwhelming,
"Yes" they cried.
The man shouted again, "If you had two coats, would you..." and was interrupted by a man in the crowd, who said,
"Hold on a minute, we ALL have two coats." The man no longer continued.
Every day in life we are the first to condemn others for having many things while there are people in the world who have nothing.
"Why don't the celebs give some of their money, etc., etc.?"
However, when it comes down to it and we are being questioned, we are the first ones to say, "Hold on, why us?"
Too often in life people don't think before they speak they judge others before looking thoroughly through themselves.
Next time...
Please think!

What you do to others... you should do to yourself. What you say to others... you should say to yourself. What you think about others... you should think about yourself. What you see in others... you should see in yourself.

The Lord will help

The rain was falling and the water level was rising. As the water level rose higher and higher, forcing the man on to the roof of his house, along came a rowboat with an offer to take him to safer ground.
"No, thanks." the man replied. "The Lord will provide." As the water got higher, alone came someone in a motorboat with another offer to take the man to safer ground.
"No thanks, the Lord will supply." Standing on the very top of his chimney with a helicopter hovering overhead offering to take him to safer ground, he yelled out, "Thanks, but no thanks.
The Lord will provide." The rapidly rising water finally swept the man off the top of his house, taking him downstream toward destruction. While being swept alone in the rapids, he cried out, "Lord, why didn't you help me? You know I was trusting in you." He heard a voice say, "I sent you a rowboat, a motorboat, and a helicopter. What more did you want me to do?"
Isn't this just like most of us? God sends the help we are praying for, but all too often we refuse to recognize the help He sends.

“When things over our heads and we are out of control, we blame him for ignoring us”.

God's most precious gift!

Mark was walking home from school one day when he noticed the boy ahead of him had tripped and dropped all of the books he was carrying, along with two sweaters, a baseball bat, a glove and a small tape recorder.
Mark knelt down and helped the boy pick up the scattered articles. Since they were going the same way, he helped to carry part of the burden. As they walked Mark discovered the boy's name was Bill, that he loved video games, baseball and history, and that he was having lots of trouble with his other subjects and that he had just broken up with his girlfriend. They arrived at Bill's home first and Mark was invited in for a Coke and to watch some television. The afternoon passed pleasantly with a few laughs and some shared small talk, then Mark went home. They continued to see each other around school, had lunch together once or twice, and then both graduated from junior high school. They ended up in the same high school where they had brief contacts over the years.
Finally the long awaited senior year came and three weeks before graduation, Bill asked Mark if they could talk. Bill reminded him of the day years ago when they had first met. "Did you ever wonder why I was carrying so many things home that day?" asked Bill. "You see, I cleaned out my locker because I didn't want to leave a mess for anyone else. I had stored away some of my mother’s sleeping pills and I was going home to commit suicide.
But after we spent some time together talking and laughing, I realized that if I had killed myself, I would have missed that time and so many others that might follow. So you see, Mark, when you picked up those books that day, you did a lot more, you saved my life."
Every little hello, every little smile, every helping hand saves a hurting heart. There's a miracle called Friendship that dwells in the heart. You don't know how it happens or when it gets started but, you know the special lift it always brings and you realize that
Friendship Is God's most precious gift! Friends are a very rare jewel, indeed. They make you smile and encourage you to succeed. They lend an ear, they share a word of praise, and they always want to open their heart to us.

Show your friends how much you care.....

 THE POWER OF WORDS

There was once a wise sage who wandered the countryside. One day, as he passed near a village, he was approached by a woman who saw he was a sage, and told him of a sick child nearby. She beseeches him to help this child. The sage came to the village, and a crowd gathered around him, for such a man was a rare sight. One woman brought the sick child to him, and he said a prayer over her. "Do you really think your prayer will help her, when medicine has failed?" yelled a man from the crowd.
"You know nothing of such things! You are a stupid fool!" said the sage to the man. The man became very angry with these words and his face grew hot and red. He was about to say something, or perhaps strike out, when the sage walked over to him and said:

"If one word has such power as to make you so angry and hot, may not another have the power to heal?"

And thus, the sage healed two people that day.

Master Mind of a Potter

There was a couple who used to go to England to shop in the beautiful stores. They both liked antiques and pottery, especially tea cups. This was their twenty fifth wedding anniversary. In this beautiful shop they saw a beautiful teacup. It was unlike any other they had ever seen. They said, "May we see that? We've never seen one quite so beautiful."
As the lady handed it to them, suddenly the teacup spoke. "You don't understand,” it said. " I haven't always been a teacup". "There was a time when I was a piece of old, hard red clay. My master took me and rolled me and patted me over and over and I yelled out, 'Let me alone!' But he only smiled and said, ' Not yet.'"
"Then I was placed on a spinning wheel, “the teacup said, "and suddenly I was spun around and around and around.’Stop it! I'm getting dizzy!' I screamed. But the master only nodded and said, 'Not yet.'"
"Then he put me in the oven. I never felt such heat. I wondered why he wanted to burn me, and I yelled and knocked at the door. I could see him through the opening and I could read his lips as He shook his head, ' Not yet.'"
"Finally the door opened, he put me on the shelf, and I began to cool.’There, that's better, ' I said. Then he brushed and painted me all over.  The fumes were horrible. I thought I would gag. 'Stop it, stop it!' I cried. He only nodded. 'Not yet'" " And suddenly he put me back into the oven, not like the first one. This was twice as hot and I knew I would suffocate. I begged, I pleaded, I screamed, I cried. All the time I could see him through the opening nodding his head saying, "not yet.'" "Then I knew there wasn't any hope. I would never make it. I was ready to give up. But the door opened and he took me out and placed me on the shelf. One hour later he handed me a mirror and said. ‘Look at yourself." And I did. I said, ' That's not me; that couldn't be me. It's beautiful....I'm beautiful.'" “‘I want you to remember; then,' he said, ' I know it hurts to be rolled and patted, but if I had left you alone, you'd have dried up. I know it made you dizzy to spin around on the wheel, but if I had stopped, you would have crumbled. I knew it hurt and was hot and disagreeable in the oven, but if I hadn't put you there, you would have cracked. I know the fumes were bad when I brushed and painted you all over, but if I hadn't done that, you never would have hardened; you would not have had any color in your life. And if I hadn't put you back in that second oven, you wouldn't survive for very long because the hardness would not have held. Now you are a finished product. You are what I had in mind when I first began with you.'"
Moral:

God knows what He's doing (for all of us). He is the Potter, and we are His clay. He will mold us and make us, he only puts us to all these tests and trials so that we may be made into a flawless piece of work to fulfill His good, pleasing, and perfect will.

TIME IS LIMITED

Your time is limited,

So don't waste it living someone else's life.

Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking.

Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice.

And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.

They somehow already know what you truly want to become.Everything else is secondary.

BIG GOD

Two men went fishing. One was an experienced fisherman, the other wasn't. Every time the experienced fisherman caught a big fish, he put it in his ice to keep it fresh.
Whenever the inexperienced fisherman caught a big fish, he threw it back. The experienced fisherman watched this go on all day and finally got tired of seeing the man waste good fish. "Why do you keep throwing back all the big fish you catch?" he asked. The inexperienced fisherman replied, "I only have a small frying pan."
Sometimes, like that fisherman, we throwback the big plans, big dreams, big jobs, big opportunities that God gives us. Our faith is too small.
We laugh at that fisherman who didn't figure out that all he needed was a bigger frying pan, yet how ready are we to increase the size of our faith?
Whether it's a problem or a possibility, God will never give you anything bigger than you can handle. That means we can confidently walk into anything God brings our way.
You can achieve all things through God; nothing is too big for God.
So remember..

Stop telling God you've got big problems. Tell your problems you've got a BIG GOD!

A little boy

A farmer had some puppies he needed to sell. He painted a sign advertising the 4 pups, and set about nailing it to a post on the edge of his yard. As he was driving the last nail into the post, he felt tug on his overalls. He looked down into the eyes of a little boy. "Mister," he said, "I want to buy one of your puppies." "Well," said the farmer, as he rubbed the sweat of the back of his neck, "these puppies come from fine parents and cost a good deal of money."
The boy dropped his head for a moment. Then reaching deep into his pocket, he pulled out a handful of change and held it up to the farmer. "I've got thirty-nine cents. Is that enough to take a look?" "Sure," said the farmer. And with that he let out a whistle. "Here Dolly!" he called. Out from the doghouse and down ramp ran Dolly followed by four little balls of fur. The little boy pressed his face against the chain link fence. His eyes danced with delight. As the dogs made their way to the fence, the little boy noticed something else stirring inside the doghouse. Slowly another little ball appeared, this one noticeably smaller. Down the ramp it slid. Then in a awkward manner, the little pup began hobbling toward the others, doing its best to catch up....
"I want that one," the little boy said, pointing to the runt. The farmer knelt down at the boy's side and said, "Son, you don't want that puppy. He will never be able to run and play with you like these other dogs would." With that the little boy stepped back from the fence, reached down, and began rolling up one leg of his trousers. In doing so he revealed a steel brace running down both sides of his leg attaching itself to a specially made shoe. Looking back up at the farmer, he said, "You see sir, I don't run too well myself, and he will need someone who understands." With tears in his eyes, the farmer reached down and picked up the little pup. Holding it carefully he handed it to the little boy.

"How much?" asked the little boy. "No charge," answered the farmer,

 "There's no charge for love."

Be your own Best friend

In simple lines as follows..
Every great achievement was once considered impossible...

Find out who you are, and try not to be afraid of it because we live in a world full of people pretending to be something they're not.

We're not just here to casually stroll through life avoiding all the problems,

Make the most of things as possible,

Grab every opportunity with both hands,

Love like you've never been hurt,

Dream like you meant it,

Because life’s a game,

but you don’t win or lose by playing by the rules, you only lose by not trying.

Tuesday 10 November 2015

Our Dream is to life, so why not live to dream? The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams and in the power or passion they bring.

 Dream

But dreaming of the person we want to be, shadows the person we truly are.

Take risks

Be ambitious for better things but not too boastful.

Overcome obstacles

To see beyond the forest, you must first climb the tallest tree. Hard work always pays off sooner or later.

Love

The second best thing to do with your lips is smile so share that kiss. Love is giving someone the power to destroy you...but trusting them not to, everyone’s good at heart, they won’t hurt you on purpose. We come to love not by finding a perfect person, but by learning to see an imperfect person perfectly, so hold on, don’t be too quick to let go, it’s not over to you give up.

Believe

Faith believes in something when common sense tells you not to. Believe you can and you're half way there, some of the most successful people, became it, because they believed.

Get stuck in

Take every opportunity and run with it, you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

Tools for Sale

It was advertised that Evil was going to put his tools up for sale. On the date of the sale, the tools were placed for public inspection; each tool being marked with its sale price. They were a treacherous lot of implements...
Hatred, Envy, Jealousy, Lust, Deceit, Cheating, Lying, Pride, and so on. Laid apart from the rest was a harmless looking tool, well worn and priced very high.
"What is the name of this tool?" asked one of the purchasers, pointing to it. That is Discouragement", replied Evil. "Why have you priced it so high?"
"Because it is more useful to me than the others. I can pry open and get inside a man's heart with that when I cannot get near him with my other tools. Once I get inside, I can make him do what I choose. It is badly worn because I use it on almost everyone, since very few people know that it belongs to me."
My friend, don't let Evil discourage you in anyway. You are God's child and have the victory already won. All you have to do is keep your faith on the Lord.

Evil will not have a chance to discourage you, even with his best tools.Have faith in you and the God.

ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING

Jerry was the kind of guy you love to hate. He was always in a good mood and always had something positive to say. When someone would ask him how he was doing, he would reply, "If I were any better, I would be twins!"
He was a unique manager because he had several waiters who had followed him around from restaurant to restaurant. The reason the waiters followed Jerry was because of his attitude. He was a natural motivator. If an employee was having a bad day, Jerry was there telling the employee how to look on the positive side of the situation.
Seeing this style really made me curious, so one day I went up to Jerry and asked him, "I don't get it! You can't be a positive person all of the time. How do you do it?" Jerry replied, "Each morning I wake up and say to myself, 'Jerry, you have two choices today. You can choose to be in a good mood or you can choose to be in a bad mood.' I choose to be in a good mood. Each time something bad happens, I can choose to be a victim or I can choose to learn from it. I choose to learn from it. Every time someone comes to me complaining, I can choose to accept their complaining or I can point out the positive side of life. I choose the positive side of life."
"Yeah, right, it's not that easy," I protested.
"Yes, it is," Jerry said. "Life is all about choices. When you cut way all the junk, every situation is a choice. You choose how you react to situations. You choose how people will affect your mood. You choose to be in a good mood or bad mood. The bottom line:
It's your choice how you live life." I reflected on what Jerry said. Soon thereafter, I left the restaurant industry to start my own business. We lost touch, but I often thought about him when I made a choice about life instead of reacting to it.
Several years later, I heard that Jerry did something you are never supposed to do in a restaurant business: he left the back door open one morning and was held up at gunpoint by three armed robbers. While trying to open the safe, his hand, shaking from nervousness, slipped off the combination. The robbers panicked and shot him. Luckily, Jerry was found relatively quickly and rushed to the local trauma center. After 18 hours of surgery and weeks of intensive care, Jerry was released from the hospital with fragments of the bullets still in his body.
I saw Jerry about six months after the accident. When I asked him how he was, he replied, "If I were any better, I'd be twins. Want to see my scars?"
I declined to see his wounds, but did ask him what had gone through his mind as the robbery took place. "The first thing that went through my mind was that I should have locked the back door," Jerry replied. "Then, as I lay on the floor, I remembered that I had two choices: I could choose to live, or I could choose to die. I chose to live."
"Weren't you scared? Did you lose consciousness?" I asked.
Jerry continued, "The paramedics were great. They kept telling me I was going to be fine. But when they wheeled me into the emergency room and I saw the expressions on the faces of the doctors and nurses, I got really scared. In their eyes, I read, 'He's a dead man.'
"I knew I needed to take action."
"What did you do?" I asked.
"Well, there was a big, burly nurse shouting questions at me," said Jerry.
"She asked if I was allergic to anything.’Yes,' I replied. The doctors and nurses stopped working as they waited for my reply. I took a deep breath and yelled, 'Bullets!' Over their laughter, I told them. 'I am choosing to live. Operate on me as if I am alive, not dead."
Jerry lived thanks to the skill of his doctors, but also because of his amazing attitude. I learned from him that every day we have the choice to live fully. Attitude, after all, is everything.

You have 2 choices now:
1. Avoid to share.
2. Forward it to anyone you care about.
Hope you will choose choice 2.

Love without Expression

There was once a guy who was very much in love with his girl. This romantic guy folded 1,000 pieces of paper cranes as a gift to his girl. Although, at that time he was just a small fry in his company, his future doesn't seem too bright, they were very happy together.
Until one day, his girl told him she was going to Paris and will never come back. She also told him that she couldn't visualize any future for the both of them, so let’s go their own ways there and then...
Heartbroken, the guy agreed. But when he regained his confidence, he worked hard day and night, slogging his body and mind just to make something out of him. Finally with all these hard work and with the help of friends, this guy had set up his own company...
"You never fail until you stop trying."
One rainy day, while this guy was driving, he saw an elderly couple sharing an umbrella in the rain walking to some destination. Even with the umbrella, they were still drenched. It didn't take him long to realize those were his girl's parents. With a heart at getting back at them, he drove slowly beside the couple, wanting them to spot him in his luxury sedan. He wanted them to know that he wasn't the same any more; he had his own company, car, condo, etc. He made it! Before the guy can realize, the couple was walking towards a cemetery, and he got out of his car and followed them...and he saw his girl, a photograph of her smiling sweetly as ever at him from her tombstone... and he saw his paper cranes beside her...
Her parents saw him. He asked them why this had happened. They explained, she did not leave for France at all. She was ill with cancer. She had believed that he would make it someday LN but she did not want to be his obstacle ... therefore she had chosen to leave him...
"Just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have." She had wanted her parents to put his paper cranes beside her, because, if the day
Comes when fate brings him to her again... he can take some of those back with him...
"Once you have loved, you will always love. For what's in your mind may escape but what's in your heart will remain forever."

"Find time to realize that there is one person who means so much to you; for you might wake up one morning losing that person whom you thought meant nothing to you."

The GOSSIP

A woman repeated a bit of gossip about a neighbor. Within a few days the whole community knew the story. The person it concerned was deeply hurt and offended. Later the woman responsible for spreading the rumor learned that it was completely untrue. She was very sorry and went to a wise old sage to find out what she could do to repair the damage. "Go to the marketplace," he said, "and purchase a chicken, and have it killed.
Then on your way home, pluck its feathers and drop them one by one along the road." Although surprised by this advice, the woman did what she was told.
The next day the wise man said, "Now go and collect all those feathers you dropped yesterday and bring them back to me."
The woman followed the same road, but to her dismay, the wind had blown the feathers all away. After searching for hours, she returned with only three in her hand. "You see," said the old sage, "it's easy to drop them, but it's impossible to get them back."

"So it is with gossip. It doesn't take much to spread a rumor, but once you do, you can never completely undo the wrong."

REFLECTION OF YOU

A son and his father were walking on the mountains. Suddenly, his son falls, hurts himself and
screams:  "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"
To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"
Curious, he yells: "Who are you?" He receives the answer: "Who are you?" And then he screams to the mountain:
"I admire you!" The voice answers: "I admire you!"
Angered at the response, he screams: "Coward!" He receives the answer: "Coward!"
He looks to his father and asks: "What's going on?"
The father smiles and says:  "My son, pay attention." Again the man screams: "You are a champion!"
The voice answers:  "You are a champion!" The boy is surprised, but does not understand.
Then the father explains: "People call this ECHO, but really this is LIFE.
It gives you back everything you say or do. Our life is simply a reflection of our actions.
If you want more love in the world, create more love in your heart. If you want more competence in your team, improve your competence. This relationship applies to everything, in all aspects of life; Life will give you back everything you have given to it.

"SOMETIMES YOUR LIFE IS NOT A COINCIDENCE. IT'S A REFLECTION OF YOU!"

Sunday 1 November 2015

Our mind always wants judgment, which sometimes could be uncomfortable also. Be very, very courageous, don't stop growing, and live in the moment; simply stay in the flow of life.

This story happened in the days of Lao Tu in China:
There was an old man in a village, very poor, but even kings were jealous of him because he had a beautiful white horse. Kings offered fabulous prices for the horse, but the man would say, "This horse is not a horse to me, he is a person. And how can you sell a person, a friend?" The man was poor, but he never sold the horse.
One morning, he found that the horse was not in the stable. The whole village gathered and they said, "You foolish old man! We knew that someday the horse would be stolen. It would have been better to sell it. What a misfortune! "
The old man said, "Don't go so far as to say that. Simply say that the horse is not in the stable. This is the fact; everything else is a judgment. Whether it is a misfortune or a blessing I don't know, because this is just a fragment. Who knows what is going to follow it?"
People laughed at the old man. They had always known that he was a little crazy. But after fifteen days, suddenly one night the horse returned. He had not been stolen; he had escaped into the wild. And not only that, he brought a dozen wild horses with him.
Again the people gathered and they said, "Old man, you were right. This was not a misfortune; it has indeed proved to be a blessing."
The old man said, "Again you are going too far. Just say that the horse is back.  who knows whether it is a blessing or not? It is only a fragment. You read a single word in a sentence how can you judge the whole book?"
This time the people could not say much, but inside they knew that he was wrong. Twelve beautiful horses had come. The old man had an only son who started to train the wild horses. Just a week later he fell from a horse and his legs were broken. The people gathered again and again they judged. They said, "Again you proved right! It was a misfortune. Your only son has lost the use of his legs, and in your old age he was your only support. Now you are poorer than ever."
The old man said, "You are obsessed with judgment". Don't go that far. Say only that my son has broken his legs. Nobody knows whether this is a misfortune or a blessing. Life comes in fragments and more is never given to you."
It happened that after a few weeks the country went to war, and all the young men of the town were forcibly taken for the military. Only the old man's son was left, because he was crippled. The whole town was crying and weeping, because it was a losing fight and they knew most of the young people would never come back.
They came to the old man and they said, "You were right, old man this has proved a blessing. Maybe your son is crippled, but he is still with you.  Our sons are gone forever." The old man said again, "You go on and on judging. Nobody knows! Only say this that your sons have been forced to enter into the army and my son has not been forced. But only God, the total, knows whether it is a blessing or a misfortune."
'Judge ye not ‘otherwise you will never become one with the total. With fragments you will be obsessed, with small things you will jump to conclusions.

In fact, the journey never ends. One path ends, another begins: one door closes another opens. You reach a peak; a higher peak is always there. God is an endless journey.
Only those who are so courageous that they don't bother about the goal but are content with the journey, content just to live the moment and grow into it, only those are able to walk with the total.

"May God bless whole Humanity !"
